A Good Samaritan found a crate wired shut with 26 dogs inside on the side of a gravel road in Indian River County, Florida.
The dogs were not able to escape the crate, so, the Humane Society came for her after the police were called by the Good Samaritan.
The Humane Society took the dogs, who were dehydrated and lethargic. However, the case is being investigated now to find the responsible people. Thankfully, all the dogs will be available for adoption as it is expected to make full recovery. Watch the video below.
