Ritter, a 4-yr-old American Bulldog from Indiana, was just surrendered to the Humane Society for Hamilton County in Indiana following devastating events that had befallen his family. They gave up Ritter as a result of bad circumstances that had beset his household. Meet Ritter, this is his story!
Ritter’s home, as seen in this photograph distributed by the shelter, has been significantly harmed by this construction. He misses his family too much and doesn’t understand why he must stay in this freezing shelter all the time. His soul has seeped in anguish and despair. Now that heartbreak and bleak hopelessness have permeated his spirit, he hangs his head in sadness and refuses to make eye contact.
Ritter will now have a second chance when a wonderful family volunteered to adopt him! His new family promises to heal his broken heart with love and care, making him feel secure and valued once again. Hang in there, Ritter; you’ll be just fine, cutie!
