One day in mid-November, we were at Mrs Ut’s house to enjoy the thrilling story. Ms. Ut’s house is empty front and back, located deep in the sea many kilometers from the main road. The day we went to Mrs. Ut’s house, the famous dog suddenly came out as happy as if he had met an acquaintance. Seeing that, from inside the house, Mrs. Ut said out: “In the past few days, many people have come down to learn, film, and take pictures, so he is brave. She said that this dog’s name is Muc and the story that it has been lying around for nearly 3 years now, wrapped around the grave of her short-numbered grandson is true. Ut said: “At this time, it was hot, so he went to the house to avoid the sun. Usually when it’s cool, at this time, it’s still lying in Kiet’s grave. Kiet is my grandson who unfortunately fell into the canal, drowned and died when he was less than 3 years old. Since the day Kiet died, the squid has not been at home for nearly 3 years now. After saying that, she led us to the tomb covered with white marble slabs in the field behind the house. Pointing to the lid of the tomb, Mrs. Ut said: “The Squid lies on this. Its head is towards the head of the grave, never backwards. It lies so much that, this stone leaves its mark forever. It’s been very sunny these days, but it’s still lying down. I saw that it was sunburned and burned its skin and lost all its hair. Loving it so much, I cut the coconut boat and put it on the grave to make a temporary roof for it to catch the sun. Unexpectedly, when it was done, it went to the grave to lie down. Rain or shine, it won’t come in.”

As soon as Mrs. Ut finished speaking, the Squid ran out of the house. It ran straight towards the grave. Seeing Mrs Ut, the squid wagged its tail to congratulate its owner and jumped onto the grave. She said, every day, Squid lies on the grave until dinner before coming in to eat. After eating, it went to the grave to lie down. For nearly 3 years now, the dog has done that “process” every day, unless it rains heavily, the wind is strong, and there is no place to hide before it enters the house. “As an animal, it is very affectionate!” Ms. Ut said, before drowning and dying, Kiet and Muc used to be very close friends, going everywhere together. Confirming the above information, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ro (Ket’s father) said: “Ket was 2 years old, my father asked to adopt Squid. At that time, the Squid was tiny, thin, and stunted. Seeing that, my mother didn’t like it and blamed my father for asking for a sick dog to take care of him. But for some reason, Kiet loved the dog very much.
